Position: Sterilization Assistant
Location: Cochrane, AB
Clinic: Camp Sayahh Kids Dental Care

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Assistant to join our team, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience, you'll be joining a supportive, professional environment where your commitment to safety, organization, and teamwork plays a vital role in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Specifics about the role:

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:15 to 3:30

What you’ll do:

Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to clinic and industry protocols.
Maintain proper functioning of sterilization equipment and ensure regular documentation of cycles.
Organize and restock operatories to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials.
Support the clinical team to ensure every patient receives care in a safe and prepared environment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare sterilization/infection control role is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
