Experience Required: Lead Technician – Minimum 5 years

About the Role

Dynamic Heating and Cooling—Hamilton’s fastest-growing family-owned HVAC company—is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our expanding team.

Competitive Compensation

Base Pay: $29–$38/hour (depending on experience)

Commissions:

On equipment replacement sales from qualified referrals
On residential and commercial maintenance package sales
Bonuses for verified Google reviews after service

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional HVAC service with professionalism and respect for each customer’s home
Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless split systems, boilers, and related equipment
Complete maintenance and inspection reports accurately and on time
Meet company performance goals by:
- Minimizing call-backs
- Identifying and communicating sales opportunities to the team
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and records
- Following all safety procedures and reporting measurements

Qualifications

Valid G2 Gas License with at least 5 years of HVAC service experience
Valid 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic Certificate of Qualification (preferably)
ODP Certification
Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean record
Ability to work at heights and on ladders; physically capable of all job duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with mobile dispatching systems (updating job notes, uploading photos, etc.)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required
