Location: Hamilton, Burlington, or Oakville, ON

About the Role

Applications will only be considered from candidates residing in Hamilton, Burlington, or Oakville.

We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and physically capable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehousing, assembly, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or general labour who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality work.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations, assist with order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Label, sort, and organize products for shipment
Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
Perform basic assembly and product preparation tasks as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or logistics environment
Experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, Packer, Assembler, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, or General Labourer is considered an asset
Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50–60 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in a physically active environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
