Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with customers, enjoys sales, and is comfortable creating social media content to promote our inventory.

Requirements

Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License (required).
OMVIC Certification is an asset. Candidates who do not have an OMVIC license must be willing to obtain it.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and maintain accurate customer records.
Create and post at least 2 social media reels per week featuring vehicles, promotions, or dealership content.
Stay up to date on vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.
