We're seeking for a seasoned Copywriter that specializes in Landing Pages Optimization/creation, Google and Facebook Ads optimization/creation, e-mail sequences (service education, short and long-term nurture, special offers, etc.), creation/optimization and Content visualization to create professionally looking, crisp sales copy that has strong appeal to attract the right client, shows value for a 7-21 Day @ $5-15k health restoration retreat programs. You are quite “techy” and have a good understanding of the various sales and marketing systems needed to make it work.
You are someone who knows how to leverage AI tools, but has been crafting copy well before their emergence (you create genuinely valuable content, not AI-generated generic stuff). You’ve learnt how to speak to the soul of a reader, build the value and lead them to an action.
Our brief promotion history: for over 20 years, we have run Health Restoration Retreats and have 3 specialty websites (Emotional Wellness, Quit Smoking & Health Reboot) and 1 main site. Since 2023, we’ve done a lot of testing, driving Google Ads traffic directly to the specialty sites and, since the fall of 2025, to the Landing Pages. We've got some results from both, but conversion rates were low. The landing pages generated unqualified leads (e.g., no funds, on disability, requested free service, etc.) and wasted a ton of consultants' time. We became a free hotline. When we got a qualified lead, we achieved a 25-40% conversion rate and typically required 1-2 calls to register them. Yes, some clients registered, but given the number of leads and the effort, the impact was minimal. We had to interrupt what we were doing, but we believe there is more potential in the landing pages. There was a response, but the content might not be appealing or may be too shallow. Additionally, current sites and social media content need to be improved/ added to create an appeal. We want to find a way to better target and interest our clientele. It is a unique service with diverse programs, and the market does not know about it or understand it. Market education is the key.
Feedback from our clients: you have an amazing service, but need to revamp your look (both websites and landing pages).

Project Sequence: We’ll start with the YWR, as the landing page is currently live. HYM has been paused due to “low effectiveness” for now.
Suggestions: experiment with creation of service explanation videos (not just us talking to the camera, but a visual interactive story) to help leads understand how the program works, show value and build trust (lead to the main site and to the sales funnel): create VSL copy for FB, we’ll record, you & your team can visualize the presentation, or we can use visual concepts PPT creation walk-through, with an AI voice narrative.
Payment’s structure: pre-agreed fixed rate on a per-project basis, based on the deliverables.
Exact project-specific deliverables TBD after your evaluation and plan creation of who does what and who pays for what: additional systems, images, purchased video content. We have an in-house webmaster/systems specialist.
Reason why “Fixed rate”: intermittent nature of collaboration; we have time between the programs to work with you on the projects and move faster. During the programs, we are busy with operations and unable to devote extensive time to projects. We will work on a per-piece basis.
GOAL: build, optimize, maximize, and once desired conversions have been reached, leave it to work and plan new projects to work on.

Skills Required
- #1 Strong sales copywriting and storytelling skills (written and video), especially for health, wellness, and transformation-based services, e-mail sequences copy (shot and long term nurture), VSL with engaging concept visualization
- #2 Visual design (crisp, clean professional look) with a balance of colours, images and copy that is easy to read on any device
- Proven Experience in optimizing/creating professionally, engaging and visually appealing landing pages that convert, A/B testing (Please submit links to your past designs and their conversion rate data).
- Google Ads (creation/management)
- Facebook Ads (creation/management)
- Proficient in English, with the ability to write genuine, heart-to-heart professional copy.
- Experience selling high-ticket services of $5-15K, where the CTA is only if there is concept proof (current copy does not achieve that GOAL; main sites do).
Prior experience with GoHighLevel would be great but is not a requirement. Experience with: contact record, landing page builder, funnels, forms, workflows or can learn fast. The more the better.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the owners to understand campaign goals, target audience, pain points, and unique selling propositions.
- Suggest landing page improvements and layout based on best practices for conversion and user experience.
- Copywriting & Messaging:
- Optimize/craft persuasive sales copy with a strong emotional appeal - designed to speak directly to our target audience (health-conscious individuals and groups).
- Highlight key differentiators without sounding clinical or rehab-like.
- Design & Implementation:
- Optimize the design to create visually appealing, responsive landing pages using the GHL landing page builder.
- Incorporate our brand visuals, supplied media, and testimonials.
- Optimization for Conversion:
- Use proven CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles like urgency, trust indicators, storytelling, and effective CTAs.
- Suggest/perform A/B tests and analyze performance data to continuously improve results.
- Promotion:
- Facebook Ads (creation/optimization/management)
- Google Ads (creation//optimization/management)-minimal help needed
- Reporting:
- Monthly report: track and report on key funnel metrics: opt-in rates, conversion to booking, cost-per-lead, tests run, winners and WHY.
