About the Role
The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This is a fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.
In this hands‑on role, you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.
Compensation:
$28.26-$29.61/hr starting wage (pay increase after probation)
Additional pay premium based on shift
Performance-based production incentives, paid monthly

What we need from you?
High School Diploma (required)
1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping or similar experience (required)
1-3 years of power tools experience (required)
