Le ou la Spécialiste, Médias sociaux payants jouera un rôle clé dans la stratégie quotidienne et l’exécution de nos investissements médias, avec un objectif principal de soutenir la croissance des revenus du canal Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) .
Il s’agit d’un poste axé sur la performance où vous serez responsable d’identifier les meilleures occasions d’investissement média, de maximiser le rendement de chaque dollar investi et de démontrer l’efficacité des campagnes grâce à des pratiques rigoureuses de mesure et d’analyse.

Responsabilités principales
Gérer l’activation, l’optimisation et la performance quotidiennes des campagnes sur les plateformes publicitaires ainsi qu’avec les agences, afin d’atteindre les objectifs de revenus et les prévisions DTC.
Soutenir la stratégie de médias sociaux payants pour chacune des marques, en l’adaptant aux besoins propres à chaque catégorie et à chaque étape du parcours client.
Contribuer à la croissance des investissements en médias sociaux payants en identifiant de nouvelles occasions, en démontrant leur efficacité et en recommandant des investissements supplémentaires.
Préparer les rapports hebdomadaires de performance par marque et par catégorie, ainsi que toute analyse ponctuelle demandée, et partager les résultats avec les équipes concernées.
Collaborer avec les équipes créatives afin de produire du contenu performant, adapté à chaque plateforme et orienté vers la croissance des revenus.
Gérer l’ensemble du processus créatif, incluant les briefs, la rétroaction, les approbations juridiques, la mise en ligne des campagnes et les rapports de performance.
Travailler étroitement avec les équipes DTC lors des périodes promotionnelles, des ajustements d’assortiment de produits (SKU) et des changements apportés au site web.
Collaborer quotidiennement avec le ou la gestionnaire afin d’assurer le suivi des livrables.
Effectuer une veille concurrentielle des activités, investissements et créations publicitaires afin d’orienter notre stratégie.
Vérifier la qualité (QA) du travail des agences afin d’assurer l’exactitude et l’excellence de l’exécution.
Qualifications
De 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pratique en achat média sur Meta Ads Manager et/ou TikTok Ads Manager .
Expérience pratique dans la création et l’optimisation de campagnes Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) et de catalogues produits dans Meta Ads Manager.
Expérience en médias payants dans un environnement commerce électronique DTC ou B2C .
Connaissances de base en manipulation de données dans Excel et en tableaux de bord analytiques.
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
Bonne compréhension de l’écosystème des médias de performance et du mix marketing global.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à collaborer avec des intervenants ayant différents styles de travail.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les échéances.
Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge un projet du début à la fin.

Overview
The Paid Social Specialist will play an important role in the day-to-day strategy and execution of our media investments, focused on delivering revenue growth for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
This is a performance-driven role where you will be responsible for identifying where to invest the next best marketing dollar and demonstrating efficiency through sound measurement principles.
Hands-on media buying experience directly on social platforms is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day campaign activation, optimization, and performance management across platforms and agency partners to achieve DTC category revenue and forecast goals.
Support the paid social strategy across each brand, tailoring campaigns based on each category’s full-funnel activation and DTC revenue objectives.
Identify new paid social investment opportunities, demonstrate revenue efficiency, and advocate for channel growth.
Prepare weekly brand and category performance reports, along with ad hoc analyses, and regularly share insights across cross-functional teams.
Partner with creative teams to develop high-impact, platform-specific content that drives efficient revenue growth.
Manage the end-to-end creative process, including briefing, feedback, legal approvals, trafficking, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with DTC teams on promotional periods, SKU assortment, and website updates.
Work closely with the Manager on day-to-day priorities and deliverables.
Monitor competitor activity, media spend, and creative strategies to help inform our approach.
Perform quality assurance (QA) on agency work to ensure accuracy and excellence in execution.
Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on paid social buying experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager .
Hands-on experience building and optimizing Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and product catalog campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Direct-to-consumer (DTC) or B2C ecommerce paid media experience.
Foundational experience manipulating data in Excel and working with reporting dashboards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Foundational understanding of the performance media landscape and the overall marketing mix.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of personalities and working styles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
