We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join us at The Eddie! Eddie Burger is a small retro diner space with a big personality. Eddie loves burgers more than most, and just as much as you. You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems, including the ability to troubleshoot, update, and train others on the use of
You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
As a leader within BHC, you’ll also be an ambassador of our employer brand, always being on the lookout for top talent and assisting with hiring amazing people to join the family, specifically on the kitchen team

What You Have:

Proven success in a kitchen leadership role with some formal training
Flexible schedule required
You're not only an amazing team player but also have a knack for bringing others together to work towards a common goal
You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
Comfortable working in a compact kitchen environment
