Light duty common area cleaning
- Daily disinfecting of all high traffic surfaces and touch points

Daily housekeeping tasks as required (written schedule provided)

Occasional deep cleaning of areas and equipment on a rotational basis

Maintaining inventory/supply levels/restocking supplies as needed
- Coffee and water set up for meetings, including clean-up

Catering assistance for meals including full kitchen clean-up

Reporting and responding to any building issues promptly
Coordinating and Supervising trades while they work on the property

Requirements
What We Would Like From You
Experience
- Experience in cleaning and organizing residential locations
- Demonstrated ability to productively work with little supervision

- Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English
- Motivated, confidential person, able to work efficiently and effectively - both independently and in a team environment

Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Banff, Canada/Already Permitted to Work in Canada
- Residential/Commercial property cleaning: 2 - 3 years (preferred)
- Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute
- Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)
- Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)
- Having a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License is desirable.
