Dishwasher

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Dishwashers to join our team! These team members are essential to maintaining a clean and functional kitchen. They are responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and ensuring a sanitary environment in all areas of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand.
Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
Restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate kitchen stations.
Empty and sanitize garbage, compost, and recycling bins regularly.
Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces as needed.
Monitor soap and sanitizer levels in the dishwasher and notify the supervisor when low.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
Help with basic food prep or kitchen cleaning tasks when required.
Keep the dish area organized and free of debris throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
Performing other duties as required and when assigned that would directly relate to the operation of the restaurant.

Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
