Job Description

We are seeking a physically strong and experienced Meat Associate to deliver excellent customer service while preparing, stocking, and merchandising meat products, ensuring quality and food safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain meat department standards for quality, freshness, and cleanliness
Prepare, slice, and package meat and deli products, including specialty orders
Assist customers with product questions and selections
Rotate stock and ensure accurate pricing and labeling
Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support inventory control and product freshness monitoring

Qualifications

Retail, grocery, or meat department experience is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $17.45 per hour
