Summary:
We're hiring an Injection Molding Operator for our afternoon shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)! In this role, you'll set up injection molding machines and workstations for production runs, monitor part quality, and work alongside our Technicians and supervisors to address any machine or quality concerns. You'll operate assigned machines, support teammates with break coverage to keep uptime high, and maintain a clean, organized workspace through each production run and end-of-shift handoff. Success in this Role
● OEE for the plant is at 95% or better

Job Duties:
● Operate machine to produce injection moulded parts
● Basic machine maintenance
● Heat staking, part assembly, trimming parts produced by machine
● Monitor and report on material quality and levels
● Counting, boxing, palletizing, and labeling finished parts
Continuous Improvement:
● Monitor and assist to improve part quality and production cycle times.
● Establish and sustain practices that drive continuous improvement throughout the
plant in a way that aligns with corporate business goals
Other Matters
● Consistently promote high standards through personal example
● Takes initiative to expand their own skills
● Reports any and all safety issues to supervisor or OHS representative
Required Skills and Attributes:
● Demonstrates hands- on experience with tools, machinery or equipment.
● Some understanding in trouble shooting, repair, reading technical manuals/drawings.
● Problem Solving and attention to detail.
● Injection molding experience is a bonus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
