Geotechnical Driller’s Helper

Foundex Group | Western Canada | Travel-Based Position

For over 54 years, Foundex has built a reputation as one of Western Canada’s leading geotechnical drilling companies — and we’re looking for hardworking, motivated people to join our crew as a Geotechnical Driller’s Helper.

If you enjoy hands-on work, travel, learning new skills, and being part of a solid team environment, this could be a great fit.

What the job looks like:

Working alongside experienced drillers on geotechnical drilling projects
Traveling to different job sites across Western Canada
Operating in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Learning valuable technical and field skills with opportunities to advance
Being part of a crew that values teamwork, safety, and reliability

No two days are the same — one week you could be working in the mountains, the next on a major infrastructure project.

What you’ll need:

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 an asset)
Willingness to travel and work outdoors
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work well with a team
Previous helper experience is an asset, but not required for the right person
