Full job description

We’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic person with a passion for web marketing, nurturing client relationships and, in the process, building a business. If you want to make a meaningful impact within an organization and help small businesses, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

Exceptional client management aptitude and skills
Strategic insight, particularly in relation to helping small businesses (SMB) grow
Strong time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.

Nice to Haves:

1 - 3 years experience in online marketing including SEO, SEM, social marketing, etc.
Experience supporting a large and diverse client base
Experience with small and medium-sized business clients
Experience with WordPress, Google Adwords, Facebook for Business and Email Marketing
Project management experience

Responsibilities:

Act as a hands-on marketing consultant for a diverse group of SMB clients
Provide recommendations, strategies and tactics designed to generate leads and improve business performance for our clients
Interact regularly and work closely with clients and fulfilment team to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns
Interpret, analyze and communicate performance metrics to clients
Be a “point guard” distributing information and assignments to internal and external stakeholders to optimize the performance of online marketing programs.

This is a progressive position, and successful performers should expect to progress in responsibility and compensation within 18 months of their first day.
