Position: Server (Seasonal Part-Time)

The Role at a Glance: This role plays a key role in all Food & Beverage Outlets within to serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and work as a team member to ensure all tasks are completed before a shift end. Our servers have strong cocktail & beer knowledge and experience and work in a fast paced/high volume dynamic environment. This role reports into the F&B Manager.

Your Day To Day Duties:

Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
Serve food and beverages to guests & making recommendations if needed
Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

You have:

2 yrs of previous serving experience preferred
Proven ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment
Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Able to stand/walk for long hours
Must have open availability on weekends

Special Requirements and Certifications:

Smart Serve Certification
Ability to meet the physical requirements
