Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo to join our vibrant culinary team! As a Pizzaiolo, you will be the heart of our pizza kitchen, crafting delicious, authentic pizzas that delight our guests. Your expertise in dough preparation, topping assembly, and oven mastery will ensure every pizza meets our high standards of quality and flavor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and creativity thrive. Duties

Prepare and assemble pizza dough, ensuring proper consistency and quality standards are met
Top pizzas with fresh ingredients according to recipes and customer preferences
Operate pizza ovens efficiently to achieve optimal cooking times and perfect crusts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in meal preparation and food handling for other menu items as needed
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure hygienic food handling and prevent cross-contamination
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy

Qualifications

Proven experience in cooking, especially within a restaurant or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, meal assembly, and kitchen safety procedures
Previous experience working as a pizzaiolo or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent food handling skills with an understanding of proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety and quality assurance
