About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Investment & Executive Associate to work directly with the Chairman.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
It is a high-trust, execution-focused position designed to enhance the Chairman’s effectiveness across investment, communication, and strategic coordination.
The role sits at the intersection of:
- Executive support
- Investor coordination
- Structured communication and execution
Your core mandate is to:
- Protect and optimize the Chairman’s time
- Improve decision-making efficiency
- Ensure disciplined and professional communication with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Relations Coordination
- Track investor interactions, meetings, and communication pipelines
- Coordinate preparation of investor materials and follow-ups
- Maintain structured investor records and engagement status
- Support scheduling and post-meeting execution
Note: This role supports communication and coordination only and does not independently represent investment decisions.
2. Executive Support
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, priorities, and meeting flow
- Prepare structured meeting briefs, agendas, and background materials
- Capture key decisions, action items, and ensure follow-through
- Translate discussions and ideas into clear, concise memos and presentations
3. Materials & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage and refine presentation materials and internal documents
- Coordinate with finance, legal, banking, and external advisors
- Organize complex information into structured, decision-ready formats
Work Structure & Flexibility
This role works directly with the Chairman and may require occasional flexibility outside standard business hours.
When additional time is required, it will be recognized and compensated through:

Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Family Office, Private Equity, Real Estate, or Investment platform
- Investment banking, consulting, or senior executive support role
- Provide executive support to senior leadership (Chairman / CEO / Partner level)
2. Core Capabilities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Fluency in Mandarin (required)
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and prioritization skills
- Highly organized, calm, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supporting investor relations or capital-related work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
