Overview
We are seeking a young, outgoing, eager to learn Office Administrator. We want someone fresh, committed and who wants to learn the ins and outs of the wedding photography business from one of the most successful Wedding Photography companies in Canada, and someone who wants to grow within our company. We are looking for someone who wants to have a future with us.

Duties

Greet clients at the office.
Help with client communications.
Help with sales.
Scheduling
Organizing calendars and appointments
Organizing travel.

Requirements.

High command of English.
Microsoft Outlook
Spreadsheets.
Weekdays, weekend and/or evening Availability
Willingness to learn and grow.
Mac computer proficiency.
Experience in sales/retail a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
