Current Opportunities
We are currently hiring for multiple positions in the following areas:
Corporate Training Advisor
In this role, you will help organizations identify workforce development needs and
implement customized training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate training opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build relationships with HR professionals, Learning & Development Managers, business owners, executives, and industry partners.
- Promote customized workforce training solutions, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, leadership development, business skills, and technical upskilling programs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, consultations, and training needs assessments.
- Prepare proposals and support the development of long-term corporate partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development targets.
Better Jobs Ontario (BJO) Advisor
In this role, you will help individuals identify suitable training pathways and guide them
through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on career-focused diploma and certificate programs.
- Explain available training and funding opportunities, including Better Jobs Ontario.
- Guide applicants through admissions, enrollment, and program selection processes.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct consultations by phone, email, online, and in person.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Build relationships with employment agencies, settlement organizations, career centers, and community partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Relationship Development Responsibilities
Both positions will:
- Build partnerships with employers, community organizations, settlement agencies, employment centers, and industry associations.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed established performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, admissions, career counseling, staffing, or customer relationship management.
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
· Comfortable with outreach, networking, and follow-up activities
· Experience selling education, training, staffing, consulting, or professional services is an asset
· Existing professional network is considered a strong asset

What You'll Bring
- Experience in sales, business development, admissions, education consulting, recruitment, or corporate training is an asset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of Better Jobs Ontario, workforce development programs, or corporate training solutions is an asset but not required.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
