Xi Digital is looking for a creative, process-oriented, experienced and talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be creative, ambitious and highly-driven, responsible for executing results-oriented work. You are fast and talented with content writing and analysis.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work on B2B & B2C marketing campaigns for 20-30 clients, responsibilities include:
● Learn about each client in depth: their goals, values, needs, buyer personas, voice, & style
● Engage with clients on deliverables and approvals, etc.
● Write and edit engaging, informative, on-brand creatives (website pages, blogs, social media posts, ad copy etc.).
● Create and manage monthly content calendars for social media and website content
● Coordinate with other team members and ensure deliverables are met consistently on time and above expected quality based on monthly content calendar.
● Constantly learn new trends and strategies for digital marketing.
● Collaborate on client audits and regular reporting.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
● Minimum 1+ years digital marketing knowledge and experience: Content Development, Social Media Strategies, Digital Marketing Tools & Analytics
● Ability to analyze website content and suggest improvements.
● Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced industry is preferred.
● Experience with AI (ChatGPT, Claude etc) processes and using AI automation is preferred.
● 1+ year of experience using Canva to create and edit social media content
● Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
