As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into the Canadian market and opening our first Ontario warehouse and office. About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to support the setup and daily operations of our new Ontario facility. In the early phase of this role, you will play a hands-on part in establishing the warehouse from the ground up — organizing the space, receiving initial inventory, and putting processes in place. As the operation grows, your role will evolve into a steady, structured warehouse position with opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately
- Unload shipping containers safely and efficiently upon arrival
- Unpack, sort, label, and organize products in designated storage areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow all health and safety procedures in compliance with Ontario WSIB and workplace safety standards
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Assist with warehouse setup, shelving installation, and layout organization during the initial launch phase
- Coordinate with the Operations Assistant and management team on daily priorities
- Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes/packages (up to 40 lbs/18kg)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time, onsite
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:40 pm CDT , aligned with our US office schedule. Working hours for the Canadian office are subject to change as we finalize our local operations.
Salary Range: CAD $18 - $20 hourly
Location: Our Canadian office location is currently being finalized around Scarborough. The successful candidate should be willing to work on-site and may be consulted during the office selection process.
