Join our dynamic construction team as an Asphalt Roller Operator and play a vital role in paving the way for high-quality infrastructure projects! In this energetic position, you'll operate heavy-duty asphalt rollers to ensure smooth, durable road surfaces. Your expertise will help transform raw materials into expertly finished pavements, contributing to community development and transportation efficiency. Duties

Operate asphalt rollers and other heavy equipment with precision to achieve optimal compaction of asphalt surfaces
Assist with paving operations by coordinating with crew members to ensure seamless material placement and finishing
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform basic maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining awareness of site hazards and ensuring compliance with all regulations

Requirements

Proven experience operating asphalt rollers
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Strong teamwork skills combined with attention to detail and safety awareness
