Located inside the Hilton Suites Markham and Unionville Athletic Club, Form & Function is a multidisciplinary clinic with over 20,000 sq. ft. of gym and rehab space, private treatment rooms, and access to a full athletic facility. For over 17 years, we have created an environment where clinicians can improve their craft, collaborate with other professionals, and deliver better care.
