SCHEDULE:

27 hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (as required -Tuesdays Admin Day, Fridays till 2pm)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
1-2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
-
Recall Coordinator (keeping the schedule full - using carecru)
-
Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
-
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
-
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
