Join Broadridge’s Governance research team in an early-career role supporting proxy voting work for internal partners and clients. This role offers hands-on foundational experience while deepening your understanding of shareholder meetings, voting policies, and governance data. You will work on defined assignments with increasing independence, following established procedures and guidance, as well as developing practical knowledge of proxy voting through training, mentorship, and day-to-day execution.
Comfortable using Excel and learning internal systems, tools, and databases
Familiarity with large data sets, data quality checks, or introductory Python is a plus, but not required

Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 CAD. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
