Summary
Sully Innovations is looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associate for a full-time position Monday-Friday
Advancement opportunities, and Health Care Plan are available after 3 months if you show exceptional determination, good attitude, and have a punctual history of being on-time and fulfilling required tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the physical aspects of the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
-Tracking inventory daily
-Fulfilling orders both large and small
- Receive, Check and Unload all incoming deliveries
- Working with our courier partners for daily outgoing and incoming deliveries.
- Ability to create, print and apply shipping labels.
- Organize outgoing and incoming shipments
- Sending emails, reading purchase orders, setting up shipments etc.
- Comfortable working with computer-based inventory platforms is essential
- Organizing mixed product orders
- Organize samples and products requests
- Warehouse housekeeping: storage and rotation of inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing boxes, samples, general office equipment, etc.
- Oversee the sorting, collecting, and disposal of various waste materials such as cardboard, plastics, packaging, etc. Please note we do not handle any toxic chemicals or waste. (We do have a cleaning staff, you will not be handling the general office cleaning)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, receiving weekly deliveries, organizing and maintaining inventory using machinery (fork-lift), picking and packing shipments, working with our team members to utilize our inventory management software (fishbowl inventory) to keep our inventory up to date, and to assist in regular office duties including waste and recycle management.
Requirements
- Forklift certification is a must!
- Other workplace safety certificates are an asset
- Picking and packing on-going weekly orders or general labor experience is an asset.
- General knowledge and skills specific to the handling of skidded materials, racking of skids, and the machinery used to carry out these functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently without oversight both independently and with a team.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
- Ability to carry up to fifty (50) pounds up and down at least one flight of stairs, and the ability to assist in carrying heavier objects with a team member.
- Steel-toed shoes must be worn during all warehouse duties due to labor and forklift operator laws.
- Must be a permanent resident
- Must have good Micrsoft outlook and excel skills
- Must be organized
Salary: $45,000 - $51,000 Salary
