RCC is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Membership Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting a vibrant member community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing details with care, and contributing to programs that make a real impact.

About the Role
As the front-line contact for members, you’ll be responsible for ensuring an outstanding member experience, from handling inquiries and renewals to supporting engagement initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships. You’ll also have the chance to support committees, programs, and events while gaining valuable exposure to membership operations and professional development opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, responding to inquiries across phone, email, and online channels in both English and French.
- Manage the membership renewal process, including outreach, processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Support member programs and committees, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and documenting minutes.
- Promote membership benefits and programs to drive engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the CRM system, ensuring strong data integrity.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of new engagement opportunities that enhance member value.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in a membership-based, client service, or customer success role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with frequent phone and data entry work.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
