Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to support and grow our online presence across search engines, social media platforms, and community-driven channels.
This role requires strong hands-on SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, blog strategy, backlink outreach, GA4 analysis, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to use SEO and analytics insights to improve organic visibility, website traffic, content performance, and conversion opportunities.
In addition to SEO, this role will also support social media content, community engagement, influencer outreach, and digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, and other relevant channels.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both content marketing and search performance, can write clearly and strategically, and is comfortable using data to guide marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Organic Growth — Required Core Responsibility
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities for blogs, landing pages, campaigns, and local SEO content.
- Optimize website pages, blog articles, metadata, headings, URLs, image alt text, internal links, and content structure for search performance.
- Plan, write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused blog content to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Support local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization, location-based keywords, review strategy, and local search visibility.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, user behavior, and website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Analyze search performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings, click-through rate, traffic quality, and conversions.
- Assist with backlink outreach, partnership opportunities, directory listings, and other off-page SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate with the website, design, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets.
- Identify content gaps, competitor opportunities, and website optimization opportunities to support long-term organic growth.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights, findings, and next-step recommendations.
2. Website, Blog & Content Optimization
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO alignment.
- Develop high-quality written content for blogs, campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Plan, draft, and optimize long-form editorial content based on keyword strategy and search intent.
- Ensure all website and blog content follows SEO best practices while remaining clear, engaging, and brand-aligned.
- Work with internal teams to improve website user experience, content flow, and conversion opportunities.
3. Analytics, GA4 & Performance Reporting
- Use GA4 to monitor website traffic, user behavior, acquisition channels, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Track and analyze the performance of SEO content, social media campaigns, paid ads, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create basic performance reports and translate data into clear marketing insights.
- Monitor KPIs such as organic traffic, engagement rate, ranking growth, click-through rate, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Identify optimization opportunities based on data and provide recommendations to improve marketing results.
4. Content Creation & Social Media
- Create short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Adapt content into platform-native formats and storytelling styles.
- Monitor trends, audio, memes, and emerging content patterns.
- Collaborate with designers and editors on creative assets.
- Write and publish posts across social platforms.
- Support content planning for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
5. Community Management & Engagement
- Manage and grow communities on platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, Morty, and other relevant platforms.
- Actively engage in conversations to build trust, credibility, and brand awareness.
- Launch interactive posts, challenges, and campaigns to increase engagement.
- Encourage, curate, and share user-generated content.
- Develop strategies to increase organic reach and community participation.
6. Influencer, KOL & Outreach Support
- Research and reach out to influencers, bloggers, local creators, and content partners.
- Support collaboration scheduling, communication, follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, media outlets, and community leaders.
- Coordinate influencer content with SEO, social media, and brand campaign goals when applicable.
7. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Support
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.
- Track paid campaign results and provide basic performance insights.
- Support marketing data collection, reporting, and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion performance.
8. Marketing Strategy & Initiatives
- Own and manage the content and campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals, promotions, SEO opportunities, and seasonal trends.
- Monitor competitors, local events, search trends, and social trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and front-line staff, to capture content and promote campaigns.
- Track performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Hands-on SEO experience is required, including keyword research, on-page SEO, blog optimization, metadata optimization, and content performance tracking.
- Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console is required.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search intent, organic traffic growth, and content optimization.
- Proven experience in blog writing, content marketing, or editorial work, including research and SEO optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate performance results into clear recommendations.
- Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling skills across both short-form and long-form content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content culture, trends, and algorithms.
- Comfortable filming and editing videos using mobile tools such as CapCut or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, or community-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of paid ads platforms is an asset.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Passion for entertainment, gaming, puzzles, escape rooms, or immersive experiences.
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
