Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brunch Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional brunch experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a passion for innovative food preparation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of brunch service, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Duties

Supervise and manage the brunch kitchen team, including cooks and food service staff, to ensure efficient operations
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
Develop and refine brunch menus that highlight creativity and seasonal ingredients
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen stock to optimize operations
Train new staff on food safety, service protocols, and culinary techniques
Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health standards
Collaborate with restaurant management to improve service flow and customer experience

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably as a head chef or kitchen manager
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Experience in restaurant management, including inventory control and staff training
Excellent communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
Background in hospitality or food service environments with a focus on high-quality service delivery
Ability to work under pressure during busy brunch hours while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for culinary innovation and creating memorable dining experiences
