Position Title: Server
Location: Breakfast Restaurant, Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, Brooklin, ON
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our breakfast restaurant team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals efficiently, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
Process bills and handle cash, debit, and credit card payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Refill coffee, water, condiments, and supplies as needed
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Smart Serve certification (preferred/required depending on location)
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Hourly wage plus tips
