About Us

Drift Zone is a new indoor entertainment destination featuring electric go-karts, arcade games, an indoor playground, birthday parties, and our Pit Stop Café. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Kitchen Team Members to help deliver great food and service in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.

Position Summary

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare and serve menu items quickly and consistently while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare food according to recipes and company standards.
Operate fryers, pizza ovens, grills, and food preparation equipment.
Assemble burgers, pizzas, wings, tenders, fries, and other menu items.
Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Receive and store food deliveries properly.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Work closely with front counter staff during busy periods.
Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and large group orders.

Requirements

Previous restaurant, fast-food, kitchen, or food service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating commercial fryers.
Experience preparing pizzas and burgers.
