Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, butchery, and meat cutting, ensuring high-quality products and excellent Communication skills in English Language . This role involves handling meat products safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meats according to specifications and customer requests
Candidates must have prior experience in meat deboning.
Ensure all meat products are handled following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Package meat products for retail display or customer orders, maintaining proper labeling and presentation
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations when needed
Follow all safety procedures during meat handling and processing to prevent contamination or injury

Experience

Prior experience in the food industry, especially in butchery or meat cutting, is preferred
Candidates must have prior experience in meat deboning.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
Familiarity with food handling regulations and proper sanitation practices
Experience with packaging meat products for retail or wholesale purposes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
