Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker and Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves constructing, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinetry and related woodwork components. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, carpentry, and the use of various hand and power tools, with a strong focus on precision and craftsmanship. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from custom cabinetry to restoration work, contributing to both residential and commercial installations.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction and assembly of cabinets
Cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment
Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site or in workshop environments with attention to detail
Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or wood structures as needed
Measure spaces accurately for custom fitting and ensure proper alignment during installation
Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, or staining to achieve desired aesthetic results
Assist with related construction tasks including framing, drywall preparation, or surface finishing when required
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Experience with woodworking, cabinetry assembly, and installation processes
Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, drills) and power tools (routers, sanders)
Knowledge of CNC machinery operation for precise cutting and shaping
Familiarity with construction painting, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, rebar installation, siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical work is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or installation tasks
Strong understanding of construction principles including concrete forming and masonry techniques
Handyman experience or background in general construction is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Ability to read technical drawings accurately and work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
