- Virtual Interventions: Upon validating a threat, execute "2-Way Talk" protocols—using remote audio deterrents to warn intruders that they are under live surveillance and that a Response Team has been dispatched.
- Forensic Playback: Conduct rapid video investigations following an incident to "tag" suspect entrance and exit points for police evidence packages and potential criminal investigations.
- System Health Monitoring: Remotely monitor the "heartbeat" of client security systems, identifying loss of communication, or camera failures, and proactively scheduling technical service.
- Audit Logging: Maintain meticulous logs of AI performance and incident outcomes to help improve the company’s "Threat Detection" algorithms.
- Incident Documentation: Create meticulous, legally defensible daily shift reports of all alarm events for the executive leadership team.
