As a Barista, your main responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and promoting additional products. Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering prompt service is essential. Staying updated with coffee trends, a friendly demeanor, and collaborating with colleagues are key attributes to succeed in this position.
This role requires a self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently. You must possess strong coffee skills, including the proven ability to dial in a grinder and pour latte art.
The hours of work for this position may vary based on the needs of the coffee bike and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are available. $17.60 per hour.
