The Opportunity
We are looking for driven, ambitious, and client-focused Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Whether you’re newly licensed or an experienced Realtor®, we provide the tools, mentorship, and marketing systems to help you grow your business with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, social media, and community engagement
- Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
- Negotiate offers and contracts professionally and ethically
- Maintain CRM and client database
- Stay up to date with local market trends and real estate regulations
- Build long-term client relationships and referral networks

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License in Ontario
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
