Concierge Supervisor

Location: North York, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Start Date: Monday, July 27
Pay: $20.50 to $21.50 per hour

Metro Protective Services is looking for a professional and dependable Concierge Supervisor to oversee front desk operations at a boutique condominium in North York.

This is a full time weekday position for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, leads by example, and is comfortable managing the day to day operations of a busy residential property.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of the concierge desk.
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, contractors, and property management.
Receive, organize, and distribute a high volume of resident packages.
Monitor access to the building and ensure all security procedures are followed.
Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Complete incident reports, daily logs, and shift reports as required.
Work closely with property management and building staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Enforce building policies, procedures, and site protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
Support and guide concierge staff while maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the condominium concierge or security industry.
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance with exceptional customer service skills.
Well spoken, personable, and confident communicating with residents, visitors, contractors, and property management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of packages throughout the day.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain composed in a busy environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn site specific systems and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay of $20.50 to $21.50 per hour based on experience.
Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
Parking and public transit are both available at the site.
Benefits may be offered after three months of service and will be discussed based on performance.
