Full job description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of the latest trends, and a proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok
Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform’s audience and goals.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner, fostering a strong online community and increasing brand loyalty.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to create partnerships that amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing social media presence.
Planned and executed social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives to drive follower growth and participation.
Handle crisis management on social media platforms, addressing negative feedback or situations that may arise in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media accounts managed.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative mindset with an eye for design, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with social media advertising platforms would be useful, including Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
