As our Inside Sales Representative, you are the engine of our revenue and the hero of our customer experience. You’ll manage incoming inquiries, architect accurate quotes, and drive sales through our proprietary online portal. What You’ll Do (The Daily Hustle)
Spot the Opportunity & Close the Deal
- Grow the Matrix: Research and identify potential accounts, chat up new prospects, and turn cold or warm inquiries into loyal partners.
- Be the Expert: Dive into product features and benefits, giving customers the technical breakdown they need to make the right choice.
- Maximize Value: Check customer buying histories to suggest upgrades, complementary items, or the latest and greatest additions to our catalog of products
- Master the Logistics & Order Flow
- Command the Portals: Effortlessly handle order entry from emails and our proprietary portal, Skudora.
- Deliver the Goods: Generate precise quotes, send out invoices to PO customers, and process credit card payments seamlessly.
- Keep Wheels Turning: Sync up with vendors and our purchaser to ensure orders ship on time. If a stock-out happens, you're the creative thinker who finds a killer alternative product.
Be the Customer Hero
- Solve the Snags: Provide top-tier support for login issues, price checks, order statuses, and refunds.
- Keep it Real: Build genuine rapport through friendly, engaging, and professional communication.
- Flip the Script: Handle complaints with swift, courteous empathy, turning a frustrated customer into a brand advocate.

Your Superpowers (Qualifications)
- The Track Record: 4+ years of inside sales or account management experience where you've consistently hit goals and closed deals.
- The Brains: High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary education gets you bonus points).
- The Tech Stack: You’re a wizard with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and can learn proprietary software at lightning speed.
- The Gift of Gab: Exceptional verbal communication and a phone manner so magnetic people actually look forward to your calls.
- The Mindset: Highly motivated, deeply organized, and obsessed with the details. You possess serious data entry skills but never lose your human touch.
