You are a strength coach that loves to work women, to help motivate and inspire!
You are coaching them proper movement and functional strength, to benefit every day activities and long term fitness by helping women start on the right path of their fitness journey.

The Role:
- Strength Coach for small group training classes for women.
- Personal Trainer for one on one clients.
- Coaching with high energy, amazing attitude, confidence, eagerness to learn, empathy and ability to connect and lead and motivate a group preferred
- Flexibility for coaching classes and personal training on mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
- Contribute to team functional strength training programming including proper mobility, technical lifting and fun conditioning, that differentiate the MOVE experience.
- Support Member Trial process and 90 Day Onboarding
- Support club marketing initiatives including content for social media, website, newsletters, neighborhood business collaborations, community outreach, and at MOVE social and community events as required.
- Help promote brand and services through various channels.
- Provide a WOW experience, engage and build relationships with members.
- Support cleanliness of facility and change rooms, and other administrative duties as required.
- May require use of various fitness industry business software and platforms used including MINDBODY, Jane, Canva, Adobe suite, WODup, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and G-suite
Experience Preferred:
- Previous group coaching fitness instructor experience with olympic bar
- Personal training experience using olympic bar
- Certifications may include Strength training, Landmine University, Check Institute, Weck Method, Kettlebell, Powerlifting, DTS, Agatsu, StrongFirst, CrossFit L1/L2, NSCA-CSCS, CSSP, Movement & Mobility, Animal Flow, Fascia and Nervous System Training, FMS, Canfit pro, ACE.
