Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent typing abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity and efficiency in administrative processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our organization through precise data management and clerical support.

Responsibilities

Input and update data into company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Collect, verify, and review data for completeness and correctness
Assist with data collection projects and report generation using Microsoft Excel and other tools
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Support administrative staff with various office tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Manage multiple data entry tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines

Skills

Proven office experience with familiarity in clerical and administrative tasks
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Experience working with databases and data collection methods
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
Prior experience with filing systems and document management is preferred

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
