We're hiring an outbound appointment setter on a 3-month contract to cold call dealerships, reach sales managers, and book qualified meetings for our team to close. This is a calling role: we provide the lead list, the script, and the tools. You bring the energy, consistency, and confidence on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to auto dealerships
- Get past gatekeepers and book meetings with sales managers
- Log calls and outcomes in our CRM
- Hit weekly call and booking targets
Qualifications
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Comfortable cold calling and handling objections
- Reliable, coachable, and self-directed for ~15 hrs/week
- Prior cold calling, SDR, or appointment setting experience is a plus
Compensation $5,000 base over the 3-month contract (~15 hrs/week), plus a bonus for every dealership that signs. Potential to extend based on performance.
