About You:
We are a growing team of bright, ambitious individuals who are seeking like-minded candidates who can help us take our brand to the next level! We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team! You will be responsible for conducting the full sales cycle while acting as an ambassador of our brand. You will be engaging with businesses that have expressed interest in our platform, while also proactively sourcing new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who doesn't stray away from a challenge and thrives in a quota driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, positioning WellnessLiving as a strategic solution to support customers’ business growth.
- Engage with leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into active, loyal customers.
- Drive outbound sales efforts by initiating cold outreach to identify and build new business opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and ROI of our SaaS platform.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, driving product adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across assigned accounts.
- Represent WellnessLiving with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring real-time visibility into progress and forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong grasp of managing a high volume of outbound communications.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, primarily focused on cold-calling and lead generation.
- Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from discovery calls and needs analysis to product demonstrations and closing.
- 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and value.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling to small businesses.
- Highly organized, driven, and adaptable: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
