Full job description

We are a fast-paced catering and food production company looking to hire a Part-time, Temporary Dishwasher to join our team immediately. This is a physically active role that is essential to keeping kitchen operations running smoothly during a very busy production season.

***Please note this role is temporary until early July. The schedule is Friday to Sundays only. Shifts will start as early as 6am***

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, trays, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keep dishwashing and prep areas clean and organized
Take out garbage and recycling as needed
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Support kitchen staff with cleaning and general cleaning tasks
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Assist during large catering production days and events

Requirements

Must be reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is an asset, but not required
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends if needed

We need dependable team players who show up on time, work hard, and can keep up during busy production periods. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working behind the scenes as part of a strong kitchen team.

Compensation & Schedule

$20/hour
Temporary Part-Time
