SUMMARY: This is an open board position, which involves making deliveries of pharmaceutical goods throughout Canada and the US. You will typically run to western Canada (lanes include MB, SK, AB and BC) from Ontario. US destinations include IL, TN, PA, KY, TX. WI). This position is looking for an established team – we do not match singles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operate and drive primarily tractor-trailer, long-combination vehicles transport goods and materials.
· Plan trip route and obtain the required documentation to transport goods
· Follow hours of service regulations and complete daily log (ELD)
· Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment
· Follow company cargo and securement policy and follow safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods
· Complete and submit all required documentation including but not limited to bills of lading, customs paperwork, load-specific paperwork, temperature-related paperwork, and quality paperwork
· Assist in loading and unloading of cargo. May be required to use a pallet jack or pump truck.
· Communicate with dispatcher, other Pharmaceutical Logistics Technicians, and customers using communication devices and on-board computers
· Ensure that any debris caused by the loading/unloading of the truck is cleaned up and that cargo areas are properly washed and sanitized in accordance with internal procedures
· Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer issues, mechanical malfunctions or delivery issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Team Drivers – we do not match singles
· Must be able to cross international and provincial borders
· Must be 25 years of age
· Have a valid Class 1 license (also known as AZ)
· Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
· Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a Tractor Trailer

What we need:
- Team Class 1 also known as AZ Drivers
- Must be able to cross border
- Must be 25 years of age.
- Have a valid Class A1 licence also known as AZ
- Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
- You must have a valid medical card as per the FMCSA regulations.
- You must have 2 years of verifiable experience in a Tractor Trailer.
