Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and possess a strong focus on precision and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic production setting.

Duties

Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules
Load fabrics, threads, and design files accurately to ensure quality output
Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations

Skills

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred
Knowledge of embroidery machine operation and maintenance is a plus
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
Ability to read and interpret design files and production instructions
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small, intricate details
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic troubleshooting skills for embroidery machinery are desirable
