We are looking for a Program Coordinator Energy Conservation , who will play a key role in driving participation in our Commercial Energy Conservation programs through customer engagement, program delivery, and relationship management.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with Energy Solutions Advisors, customers, business partners, and national accounts to drive participation in Commercial Energy Conservation programs and achieve program targets.
Manage inbound and outbound customer and business partner inquiries, providing timely and accurate program support.
Engage with key customers and partners who are not currently active in our programs to increase awareness and encourage participation.
Identify and promote energy-saving project enhancements and technologies that support multi-measure applications and maximize customer value.
Generate new opportunities through outreach campaigns, lead follow-up, data analysis, prospecting, and sales and marketing initiatives.
Support application processing through documentation review, data analysis, energy savings assessments, and incentive calculations using approved tools and processes.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for customer and business partner relationship and project tracking, and reporting workload management.
Who You Are:
University degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in energy, energy conservation, sales, account management, or a related field.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions while considering broader business impacts.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.

Ability to provide recommendations for change and contribute towards continuous improvement while considering the big picture implications.
Preferred:
Experience supporting commercial sector customers through technical sales or customer service roles.
Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems and energy efficiency technologies.
Experience with energy conservation program delivery and incentive-based programs.
Project Management and/or Change Management experience.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation or related certification is considered an asset.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to site
Salary: Ranges from $78,000 – $90,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
