PropTx Innovations Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary and taxable entity of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in managing several PropTx member-facing products and digital services. You will possess a passion for leveraging insights into user needs and pain points to define features and enhancements that directly help agents deliver superior service to their clients - both home buyers and sellers.
You will develop a deep understanding of PropTx products, including our flagship MLS platform, to develop a clear product roadmap. You will stay closely attuned to the voice of the customer through various channels such as weekly meeting, market research, or issues reported through help desk and the ticketing system. Strong communication will be required to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations and to coordinate product launches between suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Own the product roadmap and release plan across an array of PropTx products prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams (including engineering, system analysts, and help desk) to deeply understand user and business needs. Translate these needs into clear, actionable product requirements and features.
- Utilize product management tools such as ClickUp or SharePoint to plan and coordinates tasks across several teams for product releases. This includes tracking progress, scheduling and communicating release dates to all pertinent teams.
- Manage QA testing of new products or features to ensure they meet requirements and are ready for release.
- Work with user focus groups and internal teams to identify, add, and prioritize product enhancements in the road map.
- Resolve major or urgent product issues by working directly with clients and external suppliers. This includes documenting product enhancements and overseeing its development, QA and release.
- Collaborate with the Communications department to generate product release messaging for distribution to members and client boards.
- Inform or demo new product functionality before release to internal teams such as professional development and help desk.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the products and client services team
- Author or oversee the authoring of the documentation for products.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
· PMP certification or related designation is considered an asset.
· Minimum 5 years experience in product and project management
· Proven experience managing product lifecycles, from planning and development to launch.
· Ability to translate customer research, user needs, usability analysis, or market analysis into actionable product user stories, technical requirements, or features.
· Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
· Experience working with digital real estate tools (would be an asset)
Must be able to work in high-pressure situations and deal calmly and professionally with clients or members and ensure that confidential and sensitive information and/or materials are properly stored and secured.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
