The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be out in the community every day - connecting with people face-to-face, introducing them to premium subscription services, and generating new customers for our partner brands.
This is a people role. If you're outgoing, energetic, and love talking to people - this is your lane.
What You'll Do
- Represent nationally recognized consumer brands face-to-face across GTA territories
- Engage with potential customers and introduce them to subscription-based lifestyle services
- Generate new sign-ups and qualified customers for our partner brands
- Build daily activity and pipeline through consistent field outreach
- Work with experienced mentors to develop your communication and sales skills
- Represent Scorpium and our partners professionally in every interaction
Compensation
- 100% commission-based - weekly payouts based on your results
- Top performers earn $800–$2,000+ per week
- Uncapped - your effort sets your income
- Performance-based advancement into leadership roles
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are variable and based on individual performance.

- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to new people every day
- Self-motivated - you don't need someone pushing you to show up and perform
- Coachable - you take feedback seriously and implement it fast
- Hungry to grow - in skills, income, and responsibility
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- No prior experience required - we train the right people from day one
