We are currently experiencing significant growth, and our client pipeline is growing with it.
Right now, we are able to hand off ready-to-go clients to our agents approximately 1–2 times per month. These are in addition to the leads, referrals, training, and business-generation systems we provide.
If you’re an experienced Realtor who enjoys working with clients but wants more consistency and opportunity, this could be a great fit.
We are powered by Real Broker, a modern cloud brokerage offering no monthly fees and stock incentives.
We currently have a close-knit team of 6 agents, focused exclusively on buyers and sellers (no rentals).

Compensation Structure
Sphere or Repeat Clients: 75% Agent / 25% Team
Leads: 62.5% Agent / 37.5% Team
Referrals Provided by Team: 55% Agent / 45% Team
(No hidden fees.)
This is a 100% commission structure.
What You’ll Be Trained On
We don’t just hand you leads and hope for the best.
You will be coached on:
Converting inbound leads
High-converting buyer & seller presentations
Objection handling & follow-up systems
Client experience & service delivery
Daily pipeline discipline & business generation
What We Expect From You
We are specifically looking for Realtors with transactional experience.
You should already understand the fundamentals of representing buyers and sellers, be comfortable with real estate paperwork, and be confident communicating with and advising clients.
Successful agents on our team commit to:
Daily lead follow-up (60–90 minutes minimum)
Consistent prospecting & business development
Attending weekly in-person team meeting
Participating in weekly virtual huddle
Meeting clients for scheduled appointments (often at coffee shops or similar settings)
Delivering exceptional client service
You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be held to professional standards.

Minimum Requirements
Valid real estate license (RECO)
Personal vehicle
Strong verbal communication skills
Professionalism & reliability
Transactional experience
Working knowledge of real estate paperwork
Team-oriented mindset
